A number of Chinese cartoons were considered to top the records. One of them is "Century Sonny," The story is about the Numen Kingdom which was once tried by the Evil Numina to rule over. The only survivor is Prince Coco who tries saving the world together with the stationery characters and toys he came to know when he landed on Earth.
Comedy stories also belong to the top like "Tortoise Hanba's Stories".
Another is the "Black Cat Detective," a story revolving in the fight of mice and cat detectives.
One of the well-known domestic animations was "Lao Mountain Taoist," which story, along with the characters and contents were based on the myths of olden Chinese.
"Nezha Conquers the Dragon King," is also one of these, basing the film from a chapter in a legendary novel called the Apotheosis of Heroes.
Next is the "Wanderings of Sanmao,” The story is about an orphan named Sanmao. He was very poor and in Shanghai, he wandered. Fortunately, together with his friend, both of them were unexpectedly given grain by a businessman in the name of Wu Zifu. Unfortunately, Sanmao was investigated by a reporter named Hou Yiwen in attempt to figure the relationship between Wu Zifu and Sanmao after the latter fall into a coma.
"Zhang Ga the Soldier Boy", a story about a character in the middle of a turmoil during the Chinese Civil War and the Second Sino-Japanese War.
"The Blue Mouse and the Big-Faced Cat", the two characters are different from one another. Yet, this duo always had adventures together with the beetles, Jin Doudou and Lu Fanfang.
"3000 Whys of Blue Cat", the world’s longest running cartoon series, gives importance to science. As the title says, this Blue Cat is always inquisitive and tries to search everything about whatever he can imagine.
